Use data-informed UX writing to improve Capital One Canada’s digital banking experiences across public and secure mobile and web products.This Senior Associate Content Designer owns content writing and structure while shaping experiences beyond copy. You will bring a human-centred perspective to core services, features, and value statements. Close collaboration with Product, Design, Research, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering will help create experiences customers value and trust.Key Responsibilities:
Develop UX content across mobile and responsive web experiencesShape navigation, information architecture, and interaction modelsForm hypothesis-driven recommendations using customer insights and analyticsSupport multiple workstreams and key projects simultaneouslyShare human-centred recommendations across collaborating teamsRequirements:
Four to five years designing content for digital productsCase studies documenting approach, contribution, constraints, and outcomesDemonstrated fluency with analytics dashboards or presentationsStrong storytelling and presentation skills using data and narrativeAbility to deliver against competing priorities independentlyApply content design, customer insight, and persuasive storytelling to shape trusted digital banking journeys.
