Junior Microsoft Program Manager at AppDirect

AppDirect is looking for a Junior Microsoft Program Manager to enhance the Microsoft Cloud Business Unit. This entry-level role focuses on operational execution and ecosystem sales strategies. In this position, you will support the Microsoft Business Manager in driving growth initiatives and optimizing the AppDirect marketplace. You’ll engage with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and channel partners, assisting in licensing and program maintenance. This role demands organization and a foundational understanding of Microsoft licensing. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operational strategies from the Microsoft Business Manager
• Maintain accurate representation of Microsoft CSP offerings
• Assist partners with Microsoft tenant configuration and licensing inquiries
• Collaborate on attractive product bundles with ISVs
• Track deal utilization and onboarding for new ISVs

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in a technology channel environment
• Experience with ISVs and multi-vendor sales preferred
• Foundational understanding of Microsoft products and cloud solutions
• Strong attention to detail in data tracking
• Familiarity with digital commerce platforms a plus
