The team at Dr. Josie Maricello Dentistry located in Toronto, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The idealDental Receptionistfor our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 35hours per week
• Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Every other Friday 7:30 AM-1:00 PM

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-2year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Experience with dental practice management software such asTrackeris considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
