Shape Edmonton communities as WSP’s Senior Project Manager, combining municipal infrastructure delivery with Civil 3D and AutoCAD proficiency.This senior position leads land development, municipal servicing, and linear infrastructure projects from concept design through construction acceptance. You will manage residential, industrial, commercial, and mixed-use work while coordinating technical teams and navigating municipal, provincial, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:
Manage project lifecycles for subdivisions and municipal infrastructureCoordinate sanitary, water, roadway, grading, and stormwater designPrepare technical reports, drawings, planning, zoning, and environmental submissionsManage forecasting, budgets, invoicing, contracts, and consultant agreementsProvide construction reviews, certifications, RFI responses, and field solutionsRequirements:
10+ years of progressive project management and land development experienceDeep understanding of municipal standards, permitting, servicing, and gradingProfessional Engineer or eligible ASET registration in AlbertaCreative problem-solving, sound judgment, and strong organizational skillsPMP certification is an assetUse senior project management, infrastructure design, and approval expertise to deliver complex developments with WSP in Edmonton.
