Head of Credit Risk Strategy at Relay

In this key role, you will steer Relay's Credit & Spend Management team as the Director of Credit Risk. The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in credit strategy, particularly with small business underwriting. You will be responsible for building a robust credit infrastructure and optimizing our lending products to serve clients effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Credit & Spend Management team operations
• Develop Relay's in-house credit monitoring and decision systems
• Manage underwriting policies and strategies
• Extend the lending portfolio across multiple products
• Ensure sustainable growth and risk management in P&L

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years in credit strategy and decision-making
• Experience in dynamic fintech environments
• In-depth knowledge of credit data and APIs
• Familiarity with alternative data integrations
• Proven track record with banking partnerships
