Care Access Representative in North York

Become a Care Access Representative with CBI Home Health in North York, Toronto. Your role is essential in coordinating care schedules for clients, ensuring seamless and high-quality service. CBI Home Health supports individuals in their homes and communities, offering flexible schedules for employees. In this full-time role, you'll manage inbound and outbound communications while optimizing care staff schedules to meet client needs. Your relationship-building skills will be key in maintaining client and caregiver connections. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize scheduling software for effective care provider assignments
- Meet KPIs related to communication and scheduling tasks
- Foster communication with clients, families, and care providers
- Build positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Update and manage client and care provider databases
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- At least 2 years in customer service or scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
