Experience operating heavy, medium, and light-duty equipment, performing minor repairs, maintaining records, and using electronic systems is essential. A Class 1A or Class 3A licence is required.

Responsibilities include operating equipment for pavement marking, sign installation, highway maintenance, and snow and ice control; conducting inspections and preventative maintenance; assisting with traffic control and work zone setup; maintaining records; and supporting safe and efficient highway operations. Extensive travel and overnight stays may be required.
