Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field of study.



• 5 years - Experience in documenting application architectures in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.



• 5 years - Experience in planning, designing, implementing and supporting platform solutions in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.



• 5 years - Experience leading complex (multi-stakeholder and multi-technology) projects.



• 5 years - Experience working in IT within the Healthcare industry



• 2 years - Experience providing strategic advice related to organizational structure, roles, and skillsets required to ensure successful delivery of public sector outcomes.



• 2 years - Demonstrated experience with data integration between clinical applications in the Canadian eHealth environment.



• 2 years - Experience in contributing or developing application architecture standards and guidelines.



• 2 years - Experience with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).



• 2 years - Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting strategic business and technical documentation.
