Acosta Canada is seeking a part-time Grocery Team Lead to manage 2-5 merchandisers effectively. Your responsibilities include using planograms for product layouts, managing inventory, and ensuring shelves are replenished and clean. Availability is Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with responsibilities extending beyond daily reports to team support. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of merchandisers and complete daily reports
• Use planograms to execute product displays in-store
• Oversee inventory management, including rotation and replenishment
• Support team effectiveness in daily tasks and responsibilities
• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Prior grocery experience is essential
• Reliable and punctual with transportation
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Excellent communication skills in French
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
