You will also be required to maintain service stations and collect payment from our guests. In addition to possessing a Smart Serve Certification, our ideal candidate is going to have a strong passion to wow our guests, great communication skills, a friendly and outgoing attitude, be able to work in a fast paced environment and be willing to maximize their potential. Requirements: 2-5 years of service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Casual / Fine Dining Bar and Restaurant environment A passion and high energy for hospitality and a commitment to our brand promise of "We Create Winning Experiences." Advanced knowledge and understanding of beer, wine, spirits and preparation of various beverage cocktails Smartserve Certificate
