Handyworker for Move Smart Rentals
MoveSmart Rentals
Become a Handyworker with Move Smart Rentals, preparing rental properties for new tenants. Enjoy flexible hours, independence, and competitive pay while performing essential home readiness tasks. Move Smart Rentals is seeking skilled Handyworkers with at least two years of relevant experience. You will work independently to complete maintenance tasks, conduct property inspections, and install fixtures to ensure homes are ready for leasing. Strong attention to detail and a professional work ethic are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance
- Conduct property condition inspections accurately
- Install and remove lockboxes as needed
- Replace HVAC filters efficiently
- Install smoke detectors, door hardware, and shelving
- At least 2 years of handyman or property maintenance experience
- Ability to assess property conditions independently
- Professional and reliable work approach
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Provide your own vehicle and basic maintenance tools
