Senior Salesforce Solution Engineer

Present Salesforce AI, Data, and CRM solutions in Toronto, using discovery, technical strategy, and compelling demonstrations to address customer requirements.This Solution Engineer supports Salesforce Public Sector ECS sales for Canadian and United States state and local customers. The role partners with Sales to uncover business requirements, configure solutions, and secure technical and functional wins. Customer-facing CRM experience, enterprise selling, and technology acumen are highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer goals and map them to Salesforce productsDesign, build, and demonstrate solutions addressing customer challengesPresent infrastructure across hardware, software, networking, and securityRespond effectively to RFIs and RFPsMaintain knowledge through product, sales, technical training, and certificationsRequirements:
Five years as a solution or sales engineerCRM company or similar technology experienceKnowledge of AI tools, databases, web technology, and cybersecurityStrong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to solve technical problems within cross-functional teamsBring CRM expertise, technical storytelling, and solution demonstrations to Salesforce Public Sector ECS customers in Toronto.
