Store Leadership Lead - Drive Sales & Team Excellence
Knix
Knix is seeking a dynamic Key Lead to drive store operations in Markham, Ontario. You will lead shift execution, coach a high-performing team, and elevate the customer experience by applying the Knix selling model to maximize basket size and brand loyalty.
You will open/close the store, communicate daily targets, and ensure compliance with all operational procedures while maintaining Knix visual standards and a welcoming store atmosphere.
