Remote Territory Manager Non-Acute Canada

Drive growth in Canada's Non-Acute market with BD as a remote Territory Manager. Develop customer relationships, execute territory plans, and ensure alignment with BD’s commercial objectives. In this remote role, you will manage the territories of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Your focus will be on revenue growth while nurturing customer and distributor partnerships. With strong commercial skills, you will translate BD's strategic priorities into actionable territory plans, ensuring an effective pipeline and support for channel partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business through direct engagement and distributor-led sales
- Achieve revenue targets by developing new sales opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with customers and distributors
- Identify customer needs to deliver aligned solutions
- Maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
- Minimum two years in MedTech sales or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
