Drive email marketing performance at Fairstone Bank through automation, segmentation, and campaign analytics across a diverse financial services portfolio.As a Senior Analyst, Marketing Automation and Email, you will execute daily automation operations for Fairstone Bank, Fairstone, HT, Oaken, EdenPark, and Fig. The work includes promotional campaigns, lifecycle journeys, testing, reporting, and optimization. You will collaborate with Analytics and cross-functional partners to improve customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.Key Responsibilities:
Build promotional emails and customer lifecycle journeysExecute segmentation and A/B testing strategiesTest and quality-assure automation campaign activitiesAnalyze reports, trends, and engagement opportunitiesResolve delivery issues with internal and external teamsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, business, or related fieldTwo or more years of digital marketing experienceProven successful marketing automation and email campaign experienceBraze experience preferred;
