We are seeking a part-time experienced nanny to join our family in Kitchener- Waterloo. Our ideal candidate will have significant experience working with toddlers and a background in early childhood education (ECE) or teaching. The nanny will support our son’s grandmother, who is currently his primary caregiver, and will assist in our home when I am working from home. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the care of our toddler, working in tandem with his grandmother.
• Create and implement engaging and educational activities suitable for a toddler.
• Occasionally take care of two small dogs, including taking them for walks.
• Provide support in the home when I am working from home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our son.
• Maintain open communication with the family regarding the child's activities and progress.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a nanny or in a childcare role, specifically with toddlers.
• Background in early childhood education (ECE) or teaching is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a home with pets and able to assist with pet care.
• First aid training and certification are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with family members.

• Must have reliable transportation to our home in Waterloo.
