Expected Start Date: June 29, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Weyburn Community Health Services Building City/Town: Weyburn Department: Home Nursing Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: July 08, 2027 FTE: 0.57 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: 127.68 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Home Care Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070 Travel Required: Yes Job : The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for promoting high quality care through assessing, planning, implementing, documenting and evaluating the total care needs of our patients/residents/clients (P/R/Cs). The RN is required to coordinate with all the departments within the facility, families and professionals associated with P/R/Cs care. The RN must promote effective communication in the facility through care given and reporting mechanisms. The RN is expected to participate in staff meetings and educational opportunities to maintain their own professional competence. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
