As our CPG Coordinator, you'll help ensure our clients receive outstanding service every day.  You'll coordinate orders, manage inventory information, communicate with clients, and work closely with our warehouse and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

No two days are exactly the same. You'll balance multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and make sure every detail is handled accurately.

What You'll Do

Deliver Outstanding Client Service

• Process customer orders, requests, and inquiries accurately and on time by phone and email.
• Keep clients informed by providing inventory updates and shipment status.
• Coordinate priority and last-minute orders to meet client timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, back orders, and system reports, taking action when needed.
• Track shipments using internal systems and carrier websites.
• Build positive, professional relationships through responsive and reliable service.
• Serve as one of our trusted day-to-day contacts for assigned clients and brand owners.

Keep Projects Running Smoothly

• Enter and maintain accurate customer, inventory, and product information.
• Create and maintain purchase orders.
• Verify costing information and update client systems.
• Prepare shipping labels and project documentation.
• Produce and distribute accurate reports and scorecards on time.
• Receive and document sample products.
• Assist with client projects and special initiatives as required.

Work as One Team

• Partner with Client Service, Warehouse, Finance, and CPG team members to deliver excellent results.
• Maintain correct customer and product information to support efficient operations.
• Produce accurate reports that help your team and clients make informed business decisions.
• Follow established procedures and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Escalate issues promptly when support is needed.
• Contribute wherever needed to help the team succeed.

 

What You'll Bring

Experience

• Demonstrated relatable work in administrative, customer service, client support, or coordination roles.
• Work experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and ERP or WMS systems.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly, including ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Details That Matter

• Core Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Location 52 Futura Drive, Acton ON
• Reports To CPG Manager
• Supervises No direct reports
• Compensation
  • Base salary range of $50,000 - $60,000
• Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, walk throughout the warehouse, talk, hear, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard
  • Light to moderate lifting up to 35 lb/16 kg
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required
• Availability Full-time, year round
• Work Authorization Unrestricted work authorization in Canada
