Project Controls & Procurement Manager Role

Woodbine Entertainment Group is hiring a Project Controls and Procurement Manager to streamline procurement and ensure financial oversight for capital projects. This role focuses on managing RFx processes and contract governance effectively. You will lead contract administration, oversee financial validation of invoices, and maintain project budget accuracy. With a strong emphasis on process improvement, this position offers the opportunity to make impactful decisions that enhance project workflows and procurement strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RFx processes and vendor documentation
- Draft and maintain compliance for project contracts
- Update capital project budgets and forecasts
- Validate invoices while supporting payment certification
- Identify process improvements within procurement workflows
- Degree in Procurement, Business, or relevant field
- 5–7 years of experience in project controls or procurement
- Familiarity with CCDC and OAA contracts
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial system tools
- Capable of handling multiple projects with attention to detail
