Purpose of the Position

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the incumbent supports all activities related to the chemical rooms in the plant.

Responsibilities

Perform chemical surface treatment or manual cleaning of parts;

Work safely with various chemical products;

Carry out manual and physical work in different departments of the plant;

Sand and mask parts prior to painting;

Prepare parts before and after welding: clean with abrasives, polish, and deburr;

Package products, with or without supervision;

Assemble basic mechanical parts, with or without supervision;

Perform any other related tasks.

Job Requirements Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a manufacturing environment;

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Personal Skills

Strong organizational skills;

Time management and ability to prioritize tasks;

Autonomy and sound judgment;

Attention to detail and quality-oriented;

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;

Ability to work under pressure.
