- Lead diamond drilling for safe and efficient execution
- Collaborate with contractors to optimize drilling practices
- Monitor performance and track KPIs for improvement
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and safety
- Implement and communicate drilling procedures effectively
- Minimum of 15 years in surface drilling
- 5 years of direct team supervision experience
- Familiarity with arctic climates is a plus
- Leadership and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and organizational abilities
