Capture Manager for AI Solutions

Elevate your career with Fairfax as a remote Capture Manager focused on AI-native software for government opportunities. Shape RFPs, qualify leads, and drive strategic initiatives in government contracting. Join Fairfax Software, part of the Embrace portfolio, to lead in intelligent document processing and financial solutions. In this remote role, you will analyze approximately 220 yearly opportunities and strategically select bids, positioning Fairfax for success before RFPs are released. Bring your experience in government capture and bid management to ensure quality outcomes as you map relationships and guide the pursuit pipeline. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a dynamic pursuit pipeline
- Evaluate opportunities based on fit and competition
- Map relationships and influence within agencies
- Provide AEs with a ranked shortlist of leads
- Uphold win rates by making informed bid decisions
- Experience in government capture or bid management
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Proficiency with GovSpend or similar tools
- Detail-oriented and organized approach
- Collaborative mindset for onsite work
