Hopper est à la recherche d'un(e) contractuel(le) en opérations comptables pour prendre en charge notre cycle mensuel de facturation partenaire de A à Z, et offrir un soutien plus large en matière d'opérations financières dans le cadre d'un engagement de 6 mois, avec possibilité de prolongation. Il s'agit d'un rôle axé sur l'exécution concrète, à la croisée des relations partenaires, des opérations financières et de l'intégrité des données. À quoi ressemblerait votre quotidien

• Gérer l'intégralité du cycle mensuel de facturation partenaire — collecte des données propres à chaque partenaire, génération de rapports à l'aide des outils existants, et coordination de la révision et de l'approbation internes jusqu'à la clôture

• Assurer les communications avec les partenaires, notamment la révision et l'envoi des courriels de facturation, ainsi que les réponses aux questions des partenaires

• Analyser et investiguer les écarts de données, résoudre ceux relevant de votre compétence et escalader les problèmes de pipeline avec une documentation claire

• Créer, émettre et assurer le suivi des factures partenaires dans NetSuite, rapprocher les bons de commande aux factures, et confirmer la réception et l'application des remises

• Compléter la configuration des fournisseurs et des clients lors de l'intégration de nouveaux partenaires, incluant la collecte des documents requis, des formulaires fiscaux et des coordonnées bancaires

• Soutenir la clôture de fin de mois par des rapprochements de comptes et la préparation des écritures de journal

• Maintenir la documentation des processus et contribuer aux demandes d'audit externe au besoin

• Prendre en charge des projets ponctuels en comptabilité et opérations financières selon les besoins

Le profil idéal

• 3 ans ou plus en facturation, comptes clients ou opérations financières, avec un historique de gestion autonome de cycles récurrents

• Expérience concrète avec NetSuite AR et la facturation

• Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer un cycle mensuel soumis à des délais stricts sans supervision quotidienne

• Communication écrite claire et professionnelle — vous serez un point de contact direct pour les partenaires externes

• Esprit de rapprochement méthodique, à l'aise pour identifier et résoudre des écarts entre plusieurs sources de données

• Familiarité avec SQL ou BigQuery pour investiguer les questions de données de façon autonome avant d'escalader (atout)

• Expérience dans une entreprise technologique, une place de marché ou une entreprise de voyage en forte croissance (atout)

• Connaissance des structures de facturation partenaire basées sur le partage de revenus, les commissions ou d'autres modèles variables (atout)

About the Role

Hopper is hiring an Accounting Operations (Contractor) to own our monthly partner billing cycle end-to-end and provide broader finance operations support across a 6-month engagement, with potential to extend. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role sitting at the intersection of partner relationships, financial operations, and data integrity. If you're someone who thrives on process ownership and running a tight billing cycle without being managed step-by-step, this role is built for you.

 

What would your day-to-day look like

• Run the full monthly partner billing cycle — gathering partner-specific inputs, generating reports using existing tooling, and coordinating internal review and approval through to close

• Own partner-facing communication, including reviewing and sending billing emails, and responding to partner inquiries directly

• Triage and investigate data discrepancies, resolving what you can independently and escalating pipeline issues with clear documentation

• Create, issue, and track partner invoices in NetSuite, match POs to invoices, and confirm remittances are received and applied

• Complete vendor and customer setup for new partner onboarding, including collecting required documentation, tax forms, and banking details

• Support month-end close through account reconciliations and journal entry preparation

• Maintain process documentation and assist with external audit requests as needed

• Take on ad hoc accounting and finance operations projects as they come up

 

An ideal candidate has

• 3+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations, with a track record of running recurring cycles independently

• Hands-on NetSuite AR and billing experience

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a deadline-driven monthly cycle without day-to-day oversight

• Clear, professional written communication — you'll be a direct point of contact for external partners

• A methodical reconciliation mindset, comfortable chasing down discrepancies across multiple data sources

• SQL or BigQuery familiarity to investigate data questions before escalating (nice to have)

• Experience at a high-growth technology, marketplace, or travel company (nice to have)

• Familiarity with revenue share, commission, or variable partner billing structures (nice to have)
