Who you are:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual who excels in creating memorable customer experiences and seamlessly managing taproom operations. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a deep love for craft beer, outstanding organizational skills, and a strong commitment to fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Share your knowledge and passion for our craft beers with guests. Guide them through our selections, recommend pairings, and create memorable tasting experiences.

· Ensure every guest feels like a VIP. Lead by example in delivering top-notch service, handling any issues with a smile, and making sure our tap room is always welcoming and vibrant.

· Plan and execute engaging events that bring the community together. From live music to special beer releases and themed parties, you'll keep our tap room buzzing with excitement.

· Inspire, train, and manage a stellar team of beer enthusiasts. Foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive work environment where everyone thrives.

· Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining our pristine tap room. Ensure compliance with AGLC and health and safety regulations.

· Be the face of Village Brewery in the tap room and beyond. Promote our brand values, engage with customers on social media, and collaborate with marketing on creative campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

· A deep appreciation and knowledge of craft beer. Cicerone certification is a plus!

· Experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. A track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

· Creativity and organizational skills to plan and daily routines and execute successful events with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Comfortable using POS systems, Excel and Word.

· General understanding to COGs, Labour and P&L statements.
