Enhance food safety and quality at our bakery as a Quality Continuous Improvement Program Lead. Utilize your expertise in HACCP and quality systems to drive excellence and compliance. The Quality Continuous Improvement Program Lead plays a vital role in monitoring standards to ensure food safety and compliance with GMP and quality requirements. Collaborating closely with the Bakery Quality Manager and QA technicians, you will lead effective audits, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions. We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in the food industry, preferably in bakery environments, to contribute to our transformation into a premier bakery. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve food safety incidents promptly
- Identify trends from complaint reports to enhance quality
- Monitor ingredient quality and optimize process controls
- Develop training materials for GMP and HACCP compliance
- Conduct self-inspections and address findings
- Minimum 5 years in the food industry, bakery preferred
- 3 years in supervision/team management
- Bachelor’s degree in science, preferably Food Science/Microbiology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in hours
