Senior Project Controls Manager - Infrastructure

Take the lead as a Senior Project Controls Manager for infrastructure at Ledcor in Whitby, Ontario. Make an impact with your knowledge in cost and schedule management. In this senior role, you will manage integrated project schedules and budgets while ensuring effective risk management strategies. With at least 10 years of experience, you will collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize project performance and support strategic planning. Your focus on financial accountability and stakeholder communication is key to achieving project goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and upkeep of project schedules
- Implement budget control systems and report on performance
- Conduct regular reviews to assess schedule and cost metrics
- Develop project-specific risk management plans
- Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders
- 10+ years in Project Controls for infrastructure
- Relevant degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Proficient in advanced project management tools
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
