Senior Manager Ai Workforce Readiness

Shape AI adoption at McKesson through change management and workforce transformation in a complex, matrixed enterprise environment. Translate technical complexity into actionable insights.As Senior Manager, Workforce Readiness, you will lead enablement across Microsoft Copilot, Unified Employee Agent, and Agentic AI programs. The work requires business acumen, program management, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement. You will connect readiness, learning, governance, and adoption across enterprise workstreams while supporting safe AI use.Key Responsibilities:
Lead change strategies, plans, and communications across AI programsConduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and impact evaluationsEstablish champion and AI Advocate networksDefine adoption measures, readiness indicators, and engagement KPIsDrive post-launch reinforcement and continuous improvementRequirements:
8+ years in change management or workforce transformationFour-year degree or equivalent experienceFluency translating AI concepts into communications and trainingExperience with stakeholder plans and OCM frameworksAbility to deliver structure through ambiguityBring AI fluency, change leadership, and workforce transformation expertise to McKesson’s enterprise readiness portfolio.
