Lead growth marketing remotely for Blacksmith Agency across the USA, Canada, or South Africa, owning PPC and SEO strategy, budgets, and outcomes.

As Head of Growth Marketing, you manage the department rather than build campaigns. PPC and SEO strategists report to you, while you set quality standards, guide channel strategy, and carry department delivery. Your scope spans multifamily, B2B, and technical client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PPC and SEO strategists through reviews and development
• Set standards for audits, account checks, and reporting
• Own client results, attribution, and GA4 reporting accuracy
• Direct account escalations and join client recovery calls
• Guide budgets, sales commitments, and department hiring

Requirements:

• Experience managing strategists or specialists directly
• Seven or more years across paid media and SEO
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
• Ability to explain an account turnaround using specific metrics
• Agency experience managing many accounts simultaneously
