- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Accurately process cash and credit transactions
- Conduct stock counts and manage orders for your area
- Address customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the manager
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can-do attitude towards daily responsibilities
- Experience in retail or a customer service role
- Positive mindset towards working within a team
