Developer Experience Engineer — AI Tooling for Builders
Clarity
Clarity, a Canadian fintech startup based in Vancouver, is seeking a Developer Experience Engineer to build internal tooling that accelerates engineering teams. You will ship AI-enabled workflows, improve developer experiences, and partner across platform, product, security, and data teams.
You will own tooling initiatives from ideation to production, creating golden paths for common workflows, and elevating documentation and onboarding to reduce friction for engineers across the org.
