Bilingual Key Account Manager at Waste Management

Elevate enterprise client relations as a Bilingual Key Account Program Manager with Waste Management. Drive retention and growth while managing major accounts from various sectors in a hybrid work environment. This onsite role allows you to work from home on Fridays while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Retail sectors. Candidates should have a proven record as an Account Executive and possess a bilingual proficiency in French and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients. You'll generate revenue growth through strategic contract negotiations and meticulous management of account details. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for key accounts across segments
• Oversee end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes autonomously
• Partner with Legal on contract terms and compliance
• Maintain comprehensive management of contracts and renewals
• Communicate regularly with clients via various channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 4 years’ experience
• 2 years of relationship management experience
• Strong skills in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage RFP/RFQ-driven environments
• Bilingual in English and French for effective communication
