Looking for some part some help

Our family is looking for part-time nanny help starting immediately. We are a family with two dads, so it is important for us to find someone who is supportive, respectful, and comfortable working with our family. We have two children, a newborn and a soon-to-be 6 year old, and we are mainly looking for someone who can help us stay on top of daily life. Duties will include caring for the children while we run errands or take care of things around the house, planning crafts and activities for our older child, preparing meals for the kids, light cooking, keeping the kitchen tidy, and helping with family laundry and light housekeeping. One parent is at home full-time, so this role is about providing extra support during busy parts of the week and helping us not fall behind. This is a live-out, part-time nanny position for less than 20 hours per week, and our schedule is flexible so we can accommodate whatever days someone is available.
