Senior Business Analyst Change Management

Lead business analysis and change management for ministry stakeholders, assessing training practices and supporting transition to a new operating model.This Senior Business Analyst engages executives, managers, subject-matter experts, operational teams, and end users. You will facilitate discovery, document current-state processes, assess readiness, and develop practical transition approaches. The work turns complex stakeholder input into recommendations, training, and adoption support.Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops, interviews, working groups, and decision discussionsDocument processes, workflows, roles, pain points, and dependenciesAssess impacts, risks, readiness, and barriers to adoptionDevelop transition plans, roadmaps, and change strategiesPrepare leadership recommendations, briefings, and implementation updatesRequirements:
Experience leading business analysis or transformation activitiesExperience engaging diverse ministry stakeholders across organizational boundariesExperience gathering requirements and mapping current-state processesStrong facilitation, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive-communication skillsApply senior business analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and change-management expertise to support practical transition and sustained ministry adoption.
