- Décrire aux clients les mets au menu, y compris les plats du jour
- Suggérer des mets
- Faire la caisse et enregistrer les ventes
- Débarrasser et nettoyer des tables, des plateaux et des chaises
- Accueillir les clients, présenter le menu, faire des suggestions et répondre aux questions au sujet des aliments et des boissons
- Servir la nourriture et les boissons
- Prendre les commandes et les transmettre au personnel des cuisines et du bar
- Aider les clients/invités ayant des besoins spéciaux
- Fournir le service à la clientèle
