Stakeholder Relations Advisor Toronto

Shape stakeholder strategies for Toronto Community Housing as a hybrid Stakeholder Relations Advisor using research and strategic communications skills. Support priorities across Toronto.
Reporting to the Manager, Stakeholder Relations, you will advance TCHC strategic goals within Strategic Communications. The role combines project management, analysis, relationship building, and government relations support. You will develop materials and collaborate across the corporation to support tenant-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholder relations strategies and implementation materials
- Develop research products supporting corporate initiatives and advocacy
- Prepare reports, briefing notes, papers, and presentations
- Organize senior staff meetings with government officials
- Support records management, data stewardship, and compliance
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in a related discipline
- Minimum five years’ advisory, project management, or analyst experience
- Excellent organization, project management, and attention to detail
- Strong networking, communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related applications
