St. Catharines Volkswagen is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team in St. Catharines. The successful candidate will be motivated, personable, reliable and courteous. Customer service experience is essential and evening and weekend availability is required.

Here’s What You’ll Deliver

  • Answer and Direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
  • Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
  • Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
  • Motor vehicle licensing administration.
  • Vehicle inventory administration.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Available for the following hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience and strong computer skills required.
  • Evening and weekend availability.
  • Must work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
  • Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, be organized and prioritize.
  • Dependable, takes initiative with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Google Drive is an asset.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $19.50 - $20.50 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
