Superviseur des Opérations de Traitement

Postes Canada recherche un Superviseur pour gérer les opérations de traitement du courrier à Toronto et dans la région du GTA. Vous allez diriger une équipe, assurer le respect des normes de service et promouvoir la sécurité au travail. En tant que Superviseur, vous serez responsable de la gestion efficace des opérations de traitement du courrier, garantissant ainsi l'atteinte des objectifs d'exploitation. Vous favoriserez un environnement de travail sécurisé et productif en élaborant des stratégies adaptées à chaque quart. Vous encadrerez les employés sur les meilleures pratiques et aurez un impact sur la qualité du service. Key Responsibilities:

Établir des plans pour atteindre les objectifs de service
Promouvoir des programmes de santé et sécurité
Orienter et diriger les employés au quotidien
Évaluer et recommander des améliorations opérationnelles
Gérer le temps et la présence des employés

Requirements:

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
1 an d'expérience de gestion d'équipe
Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Office
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes liés au personnel
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement syndiqué
