Part-Time Nanny / Family Support – Burlington, Ontario We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable nanny to join our family and help care for our 5-year-old autistic son. Our son attends school during the day, so we are primarily looking for support during evenings and weekends, with some flexibility when required. Experience caring for autistic or neurodivergent children is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is calm, understanding and comfortable supporting a young child with communication and sensory needs. The role would include:

• Caring for and spending time with our 5-year-old son
• Helping with his evening routine, meals, play and activities
• Occasional weekend outings and activities
• Providing a safe, patient and consistent environment
• Light housekeeping and general household help
• Laundry, tidying and helping keep the home organised
• Occasional babysitting later into the evening

There may also be opportunities for additional hours, school holidays, occasional overnight care and potentially travelling with our family, if this is something you would be interested in. We are hoping to find someone long-term who can get to know our son well, understand his routines and become a trusted and familiar person within our family. Location: Burlington, Ontario Hours: Primarily evenings and weekends, with flexibility Position: Part-time with potential for additional hours Previous experience with autism, special needs, childcare, ECE, EA, DSW, CYW or a similar background would be a big advantage. A valid police/vulnerable sector check, references and First Aid/CPR would be preferred.
