Ivan Armstrong Trucking is currently seeking professional, safety-focused AZ Drivers to join our growing team.

We have opportunities available for:

• Local Ontario Drivers (Home Daily)
• Cross-Border Drivers
• Flatbed Drivers (Ontario-based with cross-border opportunities available)

What We’re Looking For

• Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR Abstract
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism
• Ability to communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
• Flatbed experience (for flatbed applicants) preferred
• Knowledge of proper load securement practices (chains, straps, binders, tarping) for flatbed roles
• Cross-border experience considered an asset
• FAST Card (or ability to obtain) considered an asset for cross-border roles
• Demonstrated knowledge of provincial (MTO) and U.S. (FMCSA/DOT) commercial transportation regulations

Local Ontario Drivers

• Home daily
• Consistent, year-round work
• No cross-border travel required

  Cross-Border Drivers

• 2 to 4-day trips
• Dedicated runs available
• No Hours-of-Service resets required on the road

Flatbed Drivers

• Primarily Ontario-based freight
• Optional cross-border opportunities
• Physical securement and tarping required
