Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Education Manager to lead our user education initiatives. The primary goal of this role is to develop and deliver high-quality educational content—including tutorials, webinars, and live events—that helps users understand, adopt, and excel with the Younet platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive library of educational materials, including video tutorials, product walkthroughs, and user guides.
• Plan and host live webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions to engage and educate users in real time.
• Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams to identify user needs and create targeted learning resources.
• Oversee the production and distribution of learning content across multiple channels, including the Younet website, social media, and community forums.
• Analyze user feedback and learning analytics to continuously improve educational offerings and address knowledge gaps.
• Train and support internal teams and partners on new product features and best practices.
• Represent Younet at industry events, conferences, and online communities as an expert on product education.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product education, instructional design, or training—preferably within the software or technology sector.
• Strong background in creating and delivering video tutorials, webinars, and live training sessions.
• Excellent command of English, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible learning materials.
• Experience with video production, editing tools, and live streaming platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for user success and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SaaS platforms or AI technologies.
• Background in adult education, eLearning, or customer success.
