Pizza Team Member

Job Responsibility:

As we gear up for a busy summer season at Little Town Pizza Lake Cowichan, we're on the lookout for two enthusiastic and reliable cooks to join our team — with the goal of staying on beyond the summer rush. With plenty of shifts available in cooking, prep, and delivery, we're especially interested in applicants who bring open availability, a willingness to learn all aspects of the job, and ideally a valid driver's license. Position Overview:

• Train across multiple areas of the restaurant, focusing on customer service and cooking.
• A valid driver's license is a plus to assist with deliveries when needed.
• Start with 2-3 days per week

Key Job Duties:

• Make and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Assist customers by taking their orders, answering questions, and handling payments.
• Prep ingredients for pizzas and other menu items, ensuring freshness and proper portioning.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and assist with general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and maintaining food storage.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction and timely orders.
• Handle delivery orders and drive when needed to help with overflow.

• Kitchen Experience: Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Reliable & Punctual: Dependable with a strong work ethic.
