Business Central Application Support Specialist

Join Qorali's team as a Business Central Application Support Specialist. Provide expert support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 extensions while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. As a key addition to a boutique ISV specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you'll address functional support issues, assist in implementations, and ensure seamless integrations. Your role will involve collaborating with consultants and developers to deliver clean solutions, and providing training to users for better adoption. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert functional support for Business Central extensions
  • Assist in solution rollouts and configurations
  • Support integration with external systems and APIs
  • Deliver customer training and onboarding sessions
  • Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations and scoping
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years' experience in ERP/ISV solutions, preferably Business Central
  • Solid problem-solving skills with hands-on experience
  • Analytical mindset for system behavior interpretation
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
  • Capable in data validation and configuration tasks
