Senior Backend & Platform Engineer: AI Memory & LLM Agents

HRB

HRB is building an AI organizational memory system and seeks a senior backend/platform engineer to own foundational systems, architect scalable backends, and ship production LLM agents. You will set technical direction in an early-stage environment and drive high-impact projects with minimal guidance, collaborating with the founding team on enterprise engagements.

The role requires 5+ years of backend experience, strong ownership of systems at scale, and comfort shaping architecture and tooling
