Front End Developer (Montreal)

Job Description

• Play, Explore, Hack, Break things, and Fix them so that they're better and more practical
• Design, develop, and test with minimal supervision (this role is ~90% development)
• Attend to your administrative duties of daily scrums, backlog grooming, and sprint planning session
• Collaborate and share knowledge with other team members
• Write unit and automation tests
• Propose new ideas, relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Front-end frameworks - HTML5, CSS3, JSON, Javascript and other libraries (jQuery, Bootstrap)
• Highly proficient in at least one of the following frameworks Angular, React, Vue etc.
• In case of experience in only one language, motivation to quickly learn and work with other front-end technologies
• Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS or SASS
• Knowledge of collaborative code review process on Git - Github / Gitlab etc.
• Ability to work in a team that values high collaboration and transparency
