Lead field maintenance crews in Labrador City with a focus on safe execution, equipment availability, and reliable performance. Work a rotating 7-days-on, 7-days-off roster.Rio Tinto IOC seeks a Supervisor, Field Maintenance, to coordinate shift activities safely and cost-effectively. You will supervise planned, scheduled, emergency, and breakdown work while developing team capability. The role combines frontline leadership, maintenance planning, safety observations, and performance feedback across a safety-critical industrial environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead crews executing planned, scheduled, emergency, and breakdown maintenanceCoordinate assignments according to priority, availability, and team capabilityReinforce safe practices through observations, talks, inspections, and investigationsCoach employees, arrange training, and address performance mattersProvide accurate work management, payroll, and reporting informationRequirements:
Commitment to personal and team safetyHigh school diploma and relevant trade or technical qualificationLeadership experience supervising maintenance or production teamsExperience coordinating planned maintenance and breakdown responseValid Class 5 provincial driver’s licenseBring frontline leadership, maintenance coordination, and safety expertise to strengthen equipment reliability at Rio Tinto IOC.
