Director of Service Delivery at Sparkrock

Elevate your career as the Director of Service Delivery with Sparkrock, a 100% remote organization dedicated to societal impact. Lead a high-performing team and drive ERP/SaaS implementations for social benefit organizations. Sparkrock seeks a Director of Professional Services to manage a $3–5M portfolio and ensure optimal delivery quality. Oversee a diverse team, safeguarding client relationships while navigating budgeting and performance management. Your leadership will be pivotal in reshaping delivery processes and achieving financial milestones in professional services. Key Responsibilities:

Own P&L for $3–5M client portfolio
Oversee ERP/SaaS implementation projects
Lead and develop Professional Services team
Act as senior escalation point for key customers
Identify delivery and financial risks early

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field
10-15 years in professional services or project management
3-5 years in leadership roles within Professional Services
Proven track record managing P&L and client relations
Based in Canada with travel flexibility
