Early Childhood Teacher

Job Responsibility:

```Duties:```- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum for young children- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow- Provide individualized attention and support to children with special education needs- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development- Utilize computerized systems for administrative tasks

```Qualifications:```- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a classroom and guide children's behavior- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Ability to write reports, lesson plans, and other documentation accurately and professionally- Bilingual in English and another language is a plus

Salary: From $21.86 per hour
