Looking for a nanny/helper for our 2 high functioning autistic adhd kids

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing nanny/helper to support our family with our two busy children, both over 10 years old. This role is especially important when I am away for work, as my wife has ongoing back problems and would benefit from extra help at home. The ideal person will be able to assist with school pick-up, help the kids stay organized after school, support them with homework and daily tasks, and provide a steady, positive presence in the home. Light housekeeping and preparing meals for the children will also be part of the role. We would also appreciate help with planning and organizing activities or events for the kids. This is a part-time, live-out position, with an immediate start preferred. We are looking for help across the week from midday into the evening, Monday through Sunday, with flexibility in days and hours. The position will be around 20 to 30 hours per week. A driver’s license is required, as transportation of the children will be needed. We are looking for someone reliable, caring, organized, and confident working with two high-functioning autistic/ADHD kids.
