In this senior-level position, you will take charge of defining mechanical project requirements and preparing engineering documentation. Your contributions will include guiding junior engineers and interfacing with various engineering disciplines for successful project implementation. You will also manage technical inquiries during construction phases. Key Responsibilities:
- Define mechanical project scope, costs, and schedules
- Review and create design criteria and engineering documents
- Prepare regulatory documentation for system registration
- Mentor and assist junior staff in project tasks
- Actively engage in design and safety reviews
- B.Sc/B.Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant mechanical design experience
- Eligible to register as a professional engineer in Ontario
- Background in Canadian nuclear quality management
- Knowledge of engineering change control processes
