Montreal Human Factors Engineer in Aerospace

AAA Canada is hiring a Human Factors Engineer in Montréal to enhance cockpit design and user experience through innovative human-machine interactions. This full-time role is part of a 36-month project, requiring office presence 2 to 3 days a week. You will play a critical role in advancing aerospace projects, leveraging your expertise in physical ergonomics and human factors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in cockpit design processes with user-centered focus
  • Apply ergonomic principles to perform tests and analyses
  • Work with pilots to improve overall cockpit usability
  • Validate interface requirements through collaborative efforts
  • Document all aspects of design and usability improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Deep knowledge in physical ergonomics and analysis tools
  • Familiarity with aerospace regulatory frameworks
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable managing complicated test campaigns
